We’re The Hormones Hub 👋 

And we’re so glad you’re here. 


We’re a team of qualified nutritionists who specialise in women’s hormone health - with a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and beyond. 


But more than that, we’re women too. 


We understand what it feels like to suddenly feel out of sync with your body - the fatigue, the mood changes, the “I just don’t feel like myself anymore.” 


And we also know how confusing it can be trying to figure out what’s actually going on. 


That’s why we created The Hormones Hub - a space that feels supportive, calm and realistic. 


No extremes. No overwhelm. No judgement. 


Just evidence-based guidance, explained in a way that actually makes sense -  and fits into real life.
