About Sam & Hannah
We’re Sam and Hannah, two qualified nutritionists brought together by a shared passion for helping women feel like themselves again.

We specialise in supporting women through hormonal changes at every stage of life, from teenage years through to perimenopause and menopause. While our individual experiences and areas of focus complement each other, our approach is united: practical, personalised, and rooted in evidence-based nutrition, this is why we created The Hormone Hub.

Together, we support women who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and out of balance to reconnect with their energy, clarity, and sense of control. With a strong clinical foundation in women’s hormonal health, we specialise in guiding women through perimenopause, menopause, and wider hormonal imbalances - addressing symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, low mood, weight changes, and low libido.
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, combined with a calm, considered, and highly personalised style of care. We create tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies that restore balance, re-energise the body, and help you feel like yourself again - vibrant, resilient, and in control.

Alongside this, we also support teenagers through key stages of development, offering thoughtful, practical guidance to enhance skin health, optimise nutrition, and support sports performance.

Not that long ago we felt just like you…
Our journey into nutrition began not just through study, but through lived experience.
Between us, we have navigated years of hormonal imbalances, digestive challenges, and the frustration of being told to simply “put up with it” or mask symptoms rather than truly understand them. From debilitating periods, mood swings, and burnout, to long-standing gut issues, bloating, and anxiety - we know first-hand how it feels to live in a body that doesn’t feel like your own. Like so many women, we were offered quick fixes rather than real solutions, leaving us feeling unheard, unsupported, and disconnected from our health.

It was these experiences that led us to seek a deeper understanding of the body and ultimately transform our own health through nutrition and lifestyle change. Through years of clinical training and personal application, we have seen just how powerful the right support can be - not only in alleviating symptoms, but in restoring confidence, energy, and quality of life. This is why we do what we do.
We combine professional expertise with genuine empathy, creating a space where women feel truly heard and supported. Because we’ve been there ourselves, we don’t just guide you - we walk alongside you, helping you take back control and feel well in a way that is sustainable, empowering, and life-changing.
